Summary The Workday Service Desk Analyst serves as owner of Workday requests, training, and issue resolution via Cherwell tickets, email, and phone. Ad hoc responsibilities such as report writing, data analysis and clean up, and project support are also additional responsibilities of this role. Advise HRIS Director of common or recurring issues that may require process improvement development.
