Inspector II, Manufacturing Support - Skilled

Job Details:
Job Title: Inspector II Job Duration: 6 months contract role with possible extension/ conversion
Location: Cary IL 60013
Pay Range: $24-$27/hr.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Check parts against specifications, drawings, and inspection plans.
• Complete documentation following cGMP and GDP requirements.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, scales, thickness gauges, force gauges, and optical comparators.
• Inspect printed materials against approved master documents.
• Work with Warehouse and Manufacturing teams to release and move materials.
• Keep the IQA Inspection Area clean and organized.
• File, copy, and maintain inspection records.
• Maintain IQA Office inventory.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1-2 years of quality experience, or an Associate's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and work throughout a large plant.
• Willing to accept direction and constructive feedback.
