This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career within one of the world's leading financial institutions. The team supports high-profile trading and lending operations and provides valuable exposure to financial markets, loan trading, and trade operations. What You'll Do Support the settlement and closing of secondary loan trades by partnering with traders, sales teams, clients, legal counsel, and operations teams Manage a portfolio of active trades while ensuring timely and accurate processing Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Review and process legal and trade-related documentation, including: Trade confirmations Assignment agreements Participation agreements Proceeds letters Cash collateral agreements Other loan trading documents Analyze credit agreements and assignability provisions Identify and escalate issues when necessary to traders, management, or legal teams Prepare daily and weekly reports to track trade status, outstanding items, and operational risk Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with loan trading or financial services environments Knowledge of the trade lifecycle or operations support functions Exposure to syndicated loans or lending products Experience with LoanIQ, ClearPar, or similar platforms Understanding of LSTA documentation and industry standards Prior experience supporting trading, operations, or financial products is a plus Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
