Job Title: Recruiter
Pay Rate: $40-45/hr
Location: Chicago IL or California
Duration: initial 6 month contract, extension possible

Overview
As a key player in our recruitment team, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for licensed sales and relationship roles tailored to Mass Affluent clients.
With a focus on the banking sector, you will influence hiring decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support the expansion of Premier Services offerings.

Required Skills
5-7 years of proven recruiting or sourcing experience within the banking or financial services industry
Deep understanding of talent acquisition for licensed sales and relationship management roles
Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Proven track record in developing innovative sourcing strategies, including passive candidate discovery
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills

Nice to Have Skills
Prior experience recruiting for Mass Affluent or Premier Services roles
Familiarity with sourcing within the banking sector's licensed sales and relationship segments
Experience working with internal HR teams and external vendors
Knowledge of banking operations or similar financial institutions
Certification or designation in human resources or talent acquisition
Preferred Education and Experience
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant HR or recruiting certification highly favored
Previous experience in a similar role at Financial Group or a comparable institution

Other Requirements
Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to adapt to evolving project demands
Willingness to participate in interviews scheduled for July 23rd and beyond

Must provide a signed RTR/COI document with date stamp or email confirmation referencing Job ID; resume must be concise (no longer than 4 pages) and include a skills matrix at the top
