As a Pricing & Proposal Senior Specialist, you will partner with Sales, Project Management, Finance, and crossfunctional teams to develop pricing estimates, budgets, and proposal documentation for client projects. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and highquality deliverables, while also supporting process improvements and mentoring junior team members to elevate overall team performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with Project Management and Sales teams to assess scope changes and develop pricing estimates for client projects of varying complexity

  • Develop Change Orders, client budgets, and proposal documents using Clario and client templates

  • Deliver highquality pricing and proposal documentation within required timelines

  • Support mentoring and training of junior team members and peer reviews on an as needed basis

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate budget, pricing, and project information in internal systems

  • Ensure proper document storage and compliance with departmental guidelines

  • Coordinate with crossfunctional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product, Science) to review fee schedules and determine optimal pricing strategies for complex trials or programs

  • Analyze and interpret Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and study protocols in collaboration with functional team experts

  • Support process improvements by contributing to template updates and workflow enhancements

  • Participate in interdepartmental initiatives, including training related to Change Orders and RFP processes

  • Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience may be considered

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field

  • Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices preferred

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Adaptability to change priorities and dynamic business needs

  • Professional, proactive, and positive approach to work
