Pay Range: $47,000 - $52,000 / year Job Functions:
- Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
- Prepares letters, memos, reports, and other similar documents.
- Confidentially maintains technical correspondence, employee records, and other departmental files and data.
- Coordinates personnel-related work, training, and staff travel schedules and arrangements.
- Provides telephone and general administrative reception services support.
- Maintain payroll information from Kronos sheets, review and approve timesheets, and input sick, vacation, funeral, and PTO time based on submitted absence requests.
- Process day trades, update schedules in UKG, and research and resolve payroll discrepancy forms.
- Create the annual Master Bid Schedule (MBS) for the upcoming year and maintain Standing Preference Bid Forms.
- Maintain reliability sheets for attendance occurrences and communicate occurrences to management when needed.
- Distribute seniority lists, mechanic and stores vacation/sick spreadsheets, and other employee information.
- Order and cancel uniforms, order jackets for new employees, and coordinate hangar supply requests.
- Work with Recruiting Specialist to assist with organizing and interviewing candidates.
- Work with Compliance to assist with drug and alcohol testing.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Competencies:
- High level of judgment to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Judgment and initiative are necessary in setting priorities in providing administrative support for the department. Must determine if unusual problems with routine procedures require involvement of others.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Education & Experience: Required:
- Associate degree in a business or office technology discipline, or equivalent practical career experience.
- One to two years office administration or secretarial experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate payroll, scheduling, and employee records
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple administrative priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None Work Environment, Physical Demands & Travel:
- Corporate office
- Moderate amount of time spent at low activity level, i.e., sitting.
- Occasional standing/walking/movement required.
- Occasional travel, less than 10%
