We are seeking an Industrial Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts for a major data center construction project. This role is ideal for a skilled electrical professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about safety, compliance, and delivering exceptional results. Industrial Electrical QA/QC Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and testing requirements. Lead quality meetings and coordinate with project managers, field teams, commissioning teams, and clients. Perform and oversee inspections of electrical installations, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Review electrical drawings, specifications, submittals, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Verify workmanship, installation quality, and system testing results throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable electrical codes and industry standards. Promote a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Industrial Electrical QA/QC Supervisor Qualifications: Strong background in industrial electrical construction QA/QC. Experience reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and inspection processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and project teams. Experience supporting large-scale construction or data center projects is preferred.
