Industrial Mechanical QA/QC Supervisor - Night Shift

Long-Term Contract Position | $60/hour + $175/day Per Diem

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Are you an experienced industrial quality professional with expertise in mechanical systems, process piping, and construction quality control? Join a high-impact project team where your leadership ensures safety, compliance, and successful project execution.
We are seeking an Industrial Mechanical QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for monitoring subcontractor and vendor performance, managing QA/QC documentation, and ensuring work meets industry standards and customer expectations.
Industrial Mechanical QA/QC Supervisor Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform site and factory inspections of vendor and subcontractor work.
  • Oversee QA/QC activities for industrial mechanical systems, including process piping and pressure vessels.
  • Manage subcontractor, supplier, and internal QA/QC documentation.
  • Review and maintain project quality records for final customer documentation.
  • Collaborate with operations, construction, engineering, and project management teams.
  • Monitor subcontractor work onsite in partnership with site construction leadership.
  • Support non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections and quality compliance requirements.
  • Apply ASME and API standards to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and project stakeholders.


Industrial Mechanical QA/QC Supervisor Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of industrial quality control or QA/QC experience.
  • Experience supporting industrial facilities, construction projects, or mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of process piping, pressure vessels, and mechanical/electrical disciplines.
  • NDT inspection experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ASME and API standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time and travel as project needs require.
