Ignite Digital is seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Management Analyst to support a U.S. Navy software maintenance program. This senior advisory role requires deep expertise in strategic business management across large-scale DoN/DoW environments and the ability to drive transformational improvements in complex technical organizations. The ideal candidate is a recognized expert in maintenance, logistics, business systems, or modern software development methodologies, with demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and optimize mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead strategic business management activities supporting a U.S. Navy software maintenance project.
  • Conduct analysis, facilitate problem-solving efforts, identify organizational gaps, and develop actionable recommendations resulting in measurable efficiency improvements for end-users.
  • Develop corporate strategic documentation, organizational performance management frameworks, governance structures, and other artifacts that guide major changemanagement and processimprovement initiatives.
  • Provide executivelevel advisory support to senior government and contractor leadership.
  • Lead strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and organizational transformation related to Navy software maintenance and logistics systems.
  • Evaluate current and future-state business processes, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and improved operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on maintenance, logistics, business systems, and/or software development methodologies, technologies, and enterprise architecture.


Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:



  • Business
  • Organizational Development
  • Education
  • Engineering
  • Physical Science
  • Businessrelated specialty


Required Certifications:
Candidate must hold one or more of the following:



  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • DAWIA Level III Program Management Certification
  • Agile Software Development Certification
  • Engineering or Technologyrelated certification


Experience Requirements:



  • Twenty (20) years of strategic business management experience with:


    • Department of the Navy (DoN)
    • Department of War (DoW)
    • U.S. Intelligence agencies
    • Federal Government software maintenance, logistics, or business systems programs


  • Proven record of leading complex problem-solving initiatives and recommending organizational or operational changes with measurable efficiency impacts.
  • Experience developing:


    • Corporate strategic planning products
    • Organizational performance management frameworks
    • Governance structures
    • Change-management documentation that supports large-scale improvement efforts


  • Minimum three (3) years of executive-level business experience.
  • Recognized expert in:


    • Maintenance, logistics, and business systems involving multiapplication environments, infrastructure platforms, external interfaces OR
    • Software development methodologies, processes, and technologies



Security Clearance Requirements:



  • Active DoN SECRET clearance required at the time of application.
  • Candidates who do not possess the required clearance cannot be considered.



Salary: $150k+ to align with education & experience

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
