Additional information is available atdovercorporation.com Overview: The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting end-to-end execution of the Midland Quality Assurance Program. This role is based in our Skokie, IL facility. It is the primary quality point of contact for the site and regulatory bodies. This role involves driving technical excellence through advanced data analysis. You will serve as a technical advisor and coach across all functional departments including operations, supply chain, customer service, and engineering-to ensure the integrity and continuous improvement of Midland's products and services. Primary Responsibilities/Essential Responsibilities: * Execute and maintain the Midland Quality Assurance Program, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and industry standards including but not limited to AAR M-1003. Desired Characteristics, Competence and Capabilities: * Work independently with limited supervison Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in engineering required with prefernce for Mechanical Engineering, or other technically related field Pysical Demands and Environmnetal Conditions * This position is performed in a combination of manufacturing environment and office environment.
