You Are:

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle while ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.



The opportunity:

* Software Development Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and enterprise applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

* Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.

* Work with databases to design, optimize, and maintain data models. Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.

* Project Coordination Coordinate software development activities across development, QA, product, and business teams.

* Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

* Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

* Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and progress reports. Identify project risks and proactively communicate mitigation plans.

* Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* 4-8 years of experience in software development with exposure to project coordination.

* Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or .NET.

* Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core.

* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.

* Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).

* Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

* Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

* Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

* Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

* Scrum Master certification, PMP, or Agile certification is a plus.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range : $75,000-$113,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
