What You'll Do



  • Lead and manage the daily production lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of visual effects and motion graphics projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Strategically manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and critical production milestones to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of world-class assets.
  • Provide invaluable mentorship and guidance to project managers, fostering their professional growth, and collaborate closely with artists to maintain an uninterrupted flow of creative work.
  • Cultivate robust partnerships with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, aligning on a unified vision and flawless execution.
  • Oversee the localization process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assets that meet rigorous global standards and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance workflows, optimize operational processes, and champion overall operational excellence within the team.
  • Monitor and report on crucial production metrics, meticulously managing reporting, billing, and work order processes to maintain transparency and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and expertly resolve complex production challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment, ensuring project continuity.


What You'll Bring

We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of success in creative operations, demonstrating:



  • 5+ years of experience in post-production, creative operations, graphics production, or digital media, showcasing deep industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing creative teams and adeptly navigating complex production workflows from inception to delivery.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, title design, and intricate post-production pipelines.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills, vital for coordinating multifaceted creative endeavors.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools suchs as Salesforce, Excel, MediaPulse, and Google Sheets, enabling efficient operational management.


What Will Set You Apart

While not required, familiarity with the following tools will provide a significant advantage:



  • Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Nuke, Cinema 4D, Maya, or DaVinci Resolve.
