Overview

Placement Type:

Temporary

Salary:

$28-32 Hourly

Start Date:

Aug 3, 2026

We are hiring shortterm contractors to support highvolume website execution across enterprise CMS platforms. This role is handson and outputdriven, focused on content updates, page builds, intake coordination, QA/UAT, and release support. This is not a developer role and not a strategy role-success is measured by accuracy, speed, and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

Build, update, and maintain web pages in enterprise CMS platforms (primarily Drupal using Lightning Builder).

Execute content updates and page changes based on approved designs and copy.

Translate Figma designs into functional CMS pages built to specification.

Intake and organize work from creative, content, marketing, and web teams.

Write clear, actionable tickets for enhancements, fixes, and updates.

Perform QA and UAT on pages, components, forms, and releases.

Validate functionality, layout, links, accessibility basics, and browser behavior.

Support sprint work, backlog updates, and release coordination.

Ensure work meets deadlines and quality standards in a fastmoving environment.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3+ years of handson experience working in an enterprise CMS (Drupal, Sitecore, AEM).

Proven experience building and maintaining pages using visual/page builders.

Experience translating designs from tools like Figma into live web pages.

Strong QA mindset with high attention to detail.

Experience writing and managing tickets in tools such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or Monday.

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (enough to QA, troubleshoot, and communicate issues).

Familiarity with agile workflows (sprints, backlogs, intake, releases).

Ability to manage multiple requests at once and prioritize effectively.

What We Expect (NonNegotiable)

You can execute independently with minimal handholding.

You are comfortable with productionlevel CMS work, not sandbox projects.

You meet deadlines and respond quickly when priorities shift.

You care deeply about accuracy, quality, and launch readiness.

You are organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fastpaced delivery environment.

What This Role Is Not

Not a frontend or backend developer role.

Not a UX designer or strategist role.

Not a pure project manager role.

Not an entrylevel or "learning on the job" position.
