What You'll Do in This Position This description is applicable to Operations & Facilities providing "Best-in-Class" services so our Research & Development Team can focus on "putting science to work." The Shift Operations Manager (SOM) at Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of a facility on a specific shift. This includes ensuring compliance with CONOPS, TSR Controls, procedures, managing personnel, and responding to abnormal events. Key Responsibilities
