What You'll Do
Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Confirm appointments and communicate with patients regarding treatment
Coordinate patient care and help maintain an efficient daily schedule
Support the front office team with administrative duties and patient service

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a dental office
Familiarity with Dentrix software
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Dental reception or front desk experience
