At Truliant Federal Credit Union, strong risk insight helps us make thoughtful decisions that support our members, our employees, and the long term health of the business. As an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst, you will help turn risk data into clear, useful reporting that leaders can act on with confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting data, business context, and practical recommendations, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to how enterprise risk is understood across the organization. What you'll doIn this role, you'll support the development and execution of Truliant's enterprise risk analytics function, with a focus on Key Risk Indicator dashboards, risk reporting, data governance, and analytics based research. You'll work closely with business partners to help surface emerging risks, strengthen reporting, and support informed decision making across the credit union. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, your work will include collaborating with Finance, Compliance, IT, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to improve risk data governance, support risk analytics projects, and contribute to the ongoing maturity of Truliant's ERM framework. What you bringWe're looking for someone who brings a strong analytical mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights. You'll do well here if you are comfortable working with data, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering across departments to create reporting that supports better risk decisions.
