As a Security Officer Patrol Inspection in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring agility, reliability, and integrity to each shift while working as part of a team that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned security-related duties at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with local leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor assigned areas for security-related concerns such as unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and/or hazards, and document observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities, closing procedures, and/or loss prevention awareness efforts as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
