The Role As the Manager of Advocacy & Influence (Paid/Earned) for Kiehl's US, you will drive end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, scaling always-on advocacy, paid partnerships, and experiential programming to breakthrough the skincare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end execution of paid and earned influencer campaigns, including strategy development, influencer selection, content creation, and performance reporting.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with all influencers. Negotiate contracts, oversee long-term partnerships, and bring new relationships into the Kiehl's fold.
  • Advocacy & Mailer Program Management: Develop and manage always-on brand advocate seeding programs, overseeing seeding agencies, fulfillment, and creative execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated influencer marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, PR, legal, and other relevant departments.
  • Content Strategy & Development: Oversee the development of influencer content, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and legal compliance. Provide strategic guidance to influencers on content creation and develop Kiehl's expert and skincare authenticity programming.
  • Creativity & Eventing: Bring innovation, creative, and best-in-class concepts to breakthrough the skincare market. Bring to life Kiehl's Culture Club with best-in-class influencer events and experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing.
  • Experience developing influencer strategies, managing budgets, and leading projects/teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Social Media Marketing or Influencer Marketing certifications.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
