Description

What you will do:

This position will be on a rotation schedule to experience functions within Component Repair & Overhaul and the Aircraft Parts Department. The position will perform general maintenance tasks in support of the component repair process to include, but is not limited to cleaning, painting, and sanding in accordance with applicable manuals and internal processes and policies. This position will also gain experience with aircraft parts and the accountability process surrounding them. The Intern will have the opportunity to gain insight and experience in many different aspects and job scopes available within the aviation industry. The Intern will provide support and work with several key areas.

What you need:



  • Must be a student referred from the Laurel Oaks Aviation Program
  • Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in the English language
  • Ability to wear respirator and safety gear associated with painting
  • Ability to work with cleaning agents
  • Must pass a drug test
