The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. The Employee Experience Associate serves as a key resource for employees, leaders, and HR partners by providing administrative and operational support across a variety of Human Resources functions. This role helps ensure a seamless employee experience through onboarding, employee support, HR systems administration, engagement initiatives, and coordination of critical HR processes. As an Employee Experience Associate, a typical day might include: Supporting onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless transition into the organization. Serving as a point of contact for employees and leaders, responding to HR-related questions and directing inquiries appropriately. Assisting with employee relations, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within HR systems. Coordinating HR processes, documentation, and workflow activities to support operational efficiency. Assisting with training, orientation, and educational programs for employees. Supporting audits, reporting requests, and compliance-related activities. Partnering with HR Business Partners and other Centers of Excellence to support workforce initiatives. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. To be considered for this opportunity: You must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous human resources, administrative, onboarding, customer service, or employee support experience is preferred. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and technology skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
