As a Security Officer in Saint Cloud, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting of concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment and communicating observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
