About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support our production and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor to move finished products from the production line to the warehouse and ensure materials are where they need to be. You'll also help maintain proper stock rotation and keep production lines supplied with raw materials, so everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our operation organized, efficient, and safe. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Operating a forklift to transport finished goods to the warehouse and deliver raw materials to production machines.
  • Maintaining proper stock rotation and ensuring materials are stored correctly.
  • Monitoring product and material quality and reporting any concerns to management.
  • Moving materials throughout the warehouse, including removing dunnage and handling damaged product.
  • Accurately scanning barcodes and completing required documentation and paperwork.
  • Sorting empty pallets, shells, and other packaging materials.
  • Operating stretch wrap machines and changing stretch wrap rolls as needed.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and operating floor scrubbers when required.
  • Supporting production by stacking product, handling recyclable materials, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
  • Transporting pallets, tier sheets, top frames, and other materials to designated storage areas.
  • Loading and unloading trailers, including returned pallets and incoming deliveries.
  • Operating battery changing equipment when necessary.
  • Following all food safety, GMP, and company safety policies at all times.
  • Jumping in to support other team members and job functions when needed.

What We're Looking For

You're a reliable, detail-oriented team player who's ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to a high-performing operation.

You'll bring:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good math and basic English reading/writing skills.
  • The ability to complete forklift training and obtain certification (we'll help you get there if needed).
  • Comfort working with barcode systems and basic documentation.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Legible handwriting and attention to detail.
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to safety, food safety, and GMP standards.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
