Job Title: Operating EngineerDepartment: Facilities - Engineering (Justin Fenimore)FLSA: United States of America (Non-Exempt)Location: Philadelphia CampusEXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Operating Engineer ensures the safe and efficient operation of industrial- and commercial-grade machinery and equipment on campus facilities. Such machinery includes, but is not limited to, furnaces and boilers, heating and air conditioning regulating units, and water supply lines. In addition to monitoring equipment operations, the operating engineer is responsible for performing routine and ad hoc maintenance activities with and without support from third-party contractors and service providers.
