Job Summary The University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for an Employee Health and Well-Being Project and Operations Manager! This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Employee Health and Well-Being and affiliated units, including the Contemplative Arts Learning and Meditation Center, WorkWell, and Public Health initiatives. This role supports the daily functioning of the unit by assisting with project management for events and programs, reporting and research, and providing administrative and executive support.
The position also works on central initiatives through benchmarking research, report preparation, and coordination of meetings, events, and communications. This role plays a critical role in supporting the mission of Employee Health and Well-Being by ensuring efficient operations, enhancing program delivery, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What You Should Know This position has the ability to work in a hybrid work modality, and has an anticipated work schedule of Monday - Friday during regular business hours. Occasional nights and weekends will be required. What We Can Offer The annual salary range for this position is $65,500 - $73,700.
