Manufacturing Technician
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Employment Type: Temp to perm
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week
Compensation: $23-25 Hourly

What You'll Do
  • Support manufacturing equipment installations, setup, and production ramp-up activities.
  • Gather, record, and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform equipment repairs, testing, and retesting to support production needs.
  • Operate and support machine control systems used in manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist with process changes by evaluating equipment, tooling, and operational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues impacting daily operations.
  • Support the development and verification of machine control instructions and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and equipment performance.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in operating or supporting manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field of work.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
