Overview
Agents represent the next evolution in how work gets done across Microsoft 365, business applications, and enterprise systems. As adoption continues to grow, the opportunity is focused on increasing usage, customer value, and business impact at scale. We are hiring a Director, Agent Growth & Adoption to lead Microsoft's strategy for Agent MAU (monthly active users), customer adoption, and growth across our Apps & Agents portfolio. This role sits within the Agents Pod Team in the Apps & Agents organization and will help define how we drive usage, scale effective adoption motions, and connect product innovation to measurable customer outcomes. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with engineering, product, data science, field, customer success, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, address adoption challenges, and scale successful approaches across Microsoft's global customer base. You will operate from both a strategic and execution-oriented perspective, helping shape long-term growth strategy while driving the execution needed to support key business metrics. Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
