Objective/Overview CUHCC's mission is transforming care and education to advance health equity. The clinic is known for providing high quality care to diverse patients and is moving forward in improving timely access to care for patients. This position will focus on accurate claim submission, consistent follow-up of unpaid claims and appeals to insurance along with working as a resource for patients, providers, interpreters, and clinic staff. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, revenue-driven, highly accurate and motivated with excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail. This is an AFSCME Clerical position. Bargaining unit considerations begins on 7/31/26 and ends on 8/7/26.

CUHCC serves nearly 11,000 patients a year through over 55,000 visits annually. The patient population comes from over 12 different racial and ethnic groups that span five continents. Pay Range: $29.15/hr (step 9) - $32.72/hr (step 15), which equates to between $30,316/annually - $34,028.80/annually for .50 FTE, depending on qualifications.
