We are seeking a passionate and experiencedProgram Manager, Events & Field Activation, Semito lead our large-scale events, B2B fleet activations, and Supercharger opening events.Your primary focus will be designing and executing world-class physical experiencesthat bring the Tesla Semi ecosystem to life for enterprise audiences.

This roleownsthe strategy,creative concepting,production, and logistical execution of public launch events, high-impact B2B fleet engagements, and critical infrastructure openings. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, engineering, and regional teams to create unforgettable, technically credibleexperiences thateducekey enterprise stakeholders andposition Tesla as the leader in heavy duty trucking.

To meetthegoals forthis roleyou will need to behighlymotivated with exceptional management and organizational skills.A technical background is key given how closely youwillworkwith product teamstoaccuratelyshowcase thevehicle.Quick thinking and sound judgement under pressure is required. Finally, we are revolutionizingan entire industrywith this product, bringing high motivation and excitement is a must.


What You'll Do
  • Develop andown the end-to-end eventsstrategy forthe Tesla Semi: large-scale launches, B2B fleet activations, and Supercharger/infrastructure opening events
  • Create compelling experiential concepts thatlet commercial buyers see, feel, and understand the direct benefits of the Tesla Semi ecosystem firsthand
  • Leadfull event coordination - site design, run-of-show, staffing, asset sourcing, and day-of execution - for both flagship and regional events
  • Drive attendance campaigns, strategic event partnerships, vendor management, and post-event lead generation workflows
  • Manage the full inventory of physical and creative assets required to support a high-volume, multi-region event calendar
  • Measureevent performancethroughattendee feedback and subsequent sales data to optimize future event ROI

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in large-scale corporate event planning, ideally within tech, automotive, B2B, or renewable energy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing media, vendors, and enterprise clients
  • Ability to be resourceful and autonomously problem-solve live production challenges in ambiguous spaces
  • Exceptional logistical and budgetary skills for data-driven event execution
  • Experience managing multiple complex timelines simultaneouslyin a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience coordinatingacrossmultiple cross-functional teams

    Expected Compensation
    $88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
