This position supports the Central Region and Eastern Canada territory and requires regular travel to dealer locations throughout the region.The ideal candidate would be located within or easily able to travel to the region they are assigned to support. Delivering engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences focused on sales skills, customer conversations, workplace insights, products, tools, and solutions. Coaching dealer salespeople and designers to strengthen selling capabilities, improve customer engagement, and increase confidence in positioning Steelcase solutions. Cultivating trusted relationships with dealer and Steelcase teams to provide ongoing guidance, support onboarding efforts, and encourage continuous learning. Managing regional learning plans, training schedules, and stakeholder priorities across the Central Region and Eastern Canada territory. Collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, Channel, and other cross-functional partners to create and implement effective learning experiences. Traveling extensively throughout the region to facilitate training, support dealerships, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the contract furniture industry Experience working for Steelcase, a Steelcase dealer, or within the broader contract furniture industry Experience facilitating training, coaching, onboarding, mentoring, or developing others in a professional environment Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 60-70%) Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities, training programs, and stakeholder relationships Desired Skills and Experience Demonstrated passion for coaching, developing, and helping others succeed Strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of the contract furniture industry, dealer channel, and solution-based selling Ability to influence stakeholders and leaders without direct authority Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules Experience developing and delivering training, onboarding, or learning programs Ability to quickly learn and apply new products, tools, research, and business concepts Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Compensation In compliance with pay transparency laws, the annual base salary range for this position is $94,100 - $147,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and applicable sales-related benefits.
