Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations or Business Administration

• Graduating between Winter of 2026 and Spring of 2027

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrate Leadership Skills with a strong business mindset

• Ability to influence and achieve results in a diverse environment.

• Flexibility and willingness to relocate.

The base salary for this position is $93,000.General Mills is committed to providing fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, performance, and academic background.
