Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Northlake where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Works in multiple departments within a distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Operates material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic reading, math, and communication skills required.
  • Ability to accurately complete data entry, inventory records, and shipping documentation.
  • Willingness to learn warehouse operations, safety procedures, and material handling processes.


Experience Requirements

  • Entry-level position; previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Cherry Picker operators must have a minimum of 1 year of Cherry Picker experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Frequently move, lift, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to safely handle products, pallets, and inventory throughout the facility.


Job Duties

  • Support daily warehouse operations including order picking, shipping, receiving, replenishment, returns, and inventory control.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using packing lists and warehouse management systems.
  • Load, unload, stage, wrap, and organize products for shipment and storage.
  • Operate material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the distribution center.
  • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization.
  • Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies to management.
  • Complete basic data entry and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety guidelines and procedures.
