Stellantis is seeking an EEO Compliance, AI & Analytics Specialist, who will have responsibility for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local EEO laws through workplace investigations, data analytics, compliance monitoring, and strategic reporting. This role combines traditional EEO case management with AI-enabled technologies and workforce analytics to identify risk trends, improve reporting, enhance case management processes, and support proactive compliance and workplace culture initiatives. Partners closely with HR, Labor Relations, Legal, Operations, and business leaders to investigate workplace concerns and provide data-driven insights that strengthen organizational compliance and equity programs. Key Responsibilities:
