Are you looking for a successful career? NTNUSA Corporation is seeking a Regional Cybersecurity Regional Lead. NTNUSA Corporation is a major division of a multinational bearing manufacturing company providing highly engineered and quality precision components to the automotive and industrial markets.

This person will be responsible for driving cybersecurity governance, compliance and security standardization across NTN USA and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the Corporate IT Director, this role partners with subsidiary IT Managers and Network & Security teams to implement corporate cybersecurity policies, standardize security tools and technologies, and support regional infrastructure and security initiatives.

The position strengthens the organization's cybersecurity posture while ensuring alignment with corporate standards and supporting local operational needs.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead cybersecurity governance and ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across the Americas.
  • Identifies and resolves highly complex issues to prevent cyber-attacks on information systems and to keep computer information systems secure from interruption of service, intellectual property theft, network viruses, data mining, financial theft, and theft of sensitive customer data, allowing business to continue as normal.
  • Coordinate security assessments, audits, risk management, vulnerability remediation and incident response activities.
  • Monitor cybersecurity metrics and report regional compliance and risk status to Corporate IT leadership.
  • Standardize cybersecurity tools, technologies and operational processes across all subsidiaries.
  • Partner with subsidiary Network & Security teams to deploy and support enterprise security solutions.
  • Drive consistent implementation of endpoint protection, identity and access management, network security, email security, vulnerability management and security monitoring.
  • Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements aligned with Corporate IT strategy.
  • Responds to incidents, investigates violations, and recommends enhancements to plug potential security gaps.


Regional Leadership & Collaboration



  • Partner with the Regional Infrastructure Lead to deliver cybersecurity initiatives supporting infrastructure, cloud and digital transformation projects.
  • Lead regional cybersecurity projects and coordinate implementation across subsidiary IT organizations.
  • Serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison between Corporate IT and subsidiary IT teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and promote cybersecurity best practices across the Americas.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and standardized security procedures among regional IT teams.


Risk Management



  • Identify cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities and security findings.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience planning from a cybersecurity perspective.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or IT infrastructure both onprem and private and public cloud, including multi-site or regional environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, endpoint security, identity and access management (IAM), Microsoft 365 Security, cloud security (Azure/AWS), vulnerability management, and SIEM platforms.
  • Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Improve cybersecurity compliance across all Americas subsidiaries.
  • Consistent adoption of corporate cybersecurity standards and tools.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. $130K - $155K
