Description

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinates, plans, and organizes the daily operations of Facility/Grounds Maintenance staff.
  • Oversees, plans, maintains and is responsible for Departmental Budgets: Facilities and Grounds.
  • Ensures staff is trained in departmental and company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversees the process of applications for permits and certificate of occupancy, to comply with state Requirements.
  • Ensures all property inspections are completed timely and meets or exceeds compliance with all city, county, and state, federal, and corporate requirements.
  • Ensures all permits and licenses are maintained.
  • Maintains vendor relationships.
  • Assists in maintaining and managing Manufacturers Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
  • Determines materials, supplies, and equipment needs, and requisitions supplies.
  • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities for Maintenance and Grounds staff.
  • Processes and keep track of property contracts.
  • Oversees property pest issues (excluding food and beverage) and schedules service
  • Processes payroll for Facilities and Grounds.
  • Maintains all Purchase Orders for arrivals and maintain an accurate inventory.
  • Maintains all records, invoices, and files related to Facility Operations Department.
  • Processes all documents, memos, maintenance records, letters, and timesheets.
  • Purchase equipment and other items required for maintenance/grounds of the overall property.
  • Assists with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Other duties may be assigned at any time.



Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Hourly $18.00
