We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel consistently delivers clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations. If you're a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about guest satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations while ensuring compliance with Shaner Hotels and brand standards.
  • Create and adjust staff schedules based on occupancy and business needs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the hotel.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure exceptional service.
  • Monitor employee performance and foster a positive, productive work environment.
  • Manage departmental budgets, reports, and required training.
  • Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of housekeeping management experience in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as needed.
