Position Summary:

The Director, Site Strategy & Performance is the senior strategy leader within the responsible for translating enterprise strategic priorities into actionable local/ regional plans, aligned investment proposals, and disciplined execution. This role serves as the primary bridge between the System Strategy Office and the entity, ensuring that enterprise strategy is effectively adopted, adapted to local market dynamics, and executed to achieve measurable growth, financial, clinical, and operational outcomes. Operating within a hybrid system model, this leader ensures alignment with enterprise strategy, governance frameworks, and investment priorities while enabling local flexibility to respond to market conditions and operational realities. The role partners closely with system strategy leadership, entity executives, and operational teams to ensure a closed-loop system from strategy to outcomes at the entity level. Role Mandate: Translates enterprise strategy into aligned entity execution-ensuring local plans, investments, and performance outcomes are fully integrated with system priorities

Essential Functions:

  • Translate enterprise strategy into entity strategic plans and roadmaps

  • Ensure alignment to enterprise priorities, ISFP, and initiative portfolios

  • Translate enterprise strategic priorities, growth objectives, and investment direction into entity-specific strategic plans and roadmaps

  • Develop entity business cases and investment proposals

  • Align with enterprise standards, analytics, and growth inputs defined by system strategy and finance.

  • Lead development of entity-level business cases and investment proposals

  • Ensure all submissions meet enterprise standards

  • Adapt enterprise growth strategy to local market conditions

  • Identify entity-specific opportunities and risks

  • Adapt enterprise growth strategy to local market conditions, competitive dynamics, and access needs

  • Identify and prioritize entity-specific growth opportunities and risks

  • Own execution of strategic initiatives at entity level

  • Align with enterprise portfolio governance and execution standards

  • Own execution of strategic initiatives at the entity level

  • Partner with: Entity operations, Clinical leadership, PMO / execution teams

  • Align with enterprise portfolio governance and execution standards

  • Track KPI performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions

  • Track performance against: Strategic KPIs, Growth and financial targets, Operational metrics

  • Identify gaps, risks, and underperformance

  • Drive corrective actions to ensure value realization and outcome achievement

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance and stage-gates

  • Align entity leadership with system priorities

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, planning, or operations, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles within complex provider organizations
