What to Expect
You will autonomously manage sales and deployment of charging infrastructure for Tesla Semi customers, with a primary focus on private depot charging solutions. You will build and manage relationships with Fortune 500 fleets, work closely with internal stakeholders, negotiate contracts, support utility feasibility assessments, and ensure seamless hand-off to the Tesla design and installation teams for construction and project close-out.
You are fully accountable for delivering the best possible charging experience to current and future Tesla Semi customers through the most convenient and reliable stations. What You'll Do
- Drive ambitious growth in Semi Charging sales across key accounts in North America
- Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts
- Work with attorneys to draft, negotiate, and execute site host agreements
- Work closely with design and installation colleagues to assess and manage installation costs and timelines
- Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations
- Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
- Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, or equivalent experience
- Strong negotiator with proven experience in negotiating contracts, real estate, utility planning, charging infrastructure, EV infrastructure policy, trucking & logistics, and local permitting strongly preferred
- Highly organized, able to simultaneously manage 50+ projects in various phases, without missing a beat
- Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
- Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
