What to Expect We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Program Manager to execute supply chain strategies for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) programs. This role serves as a key liaison between Tesla's Supply Chain organization and internal product teams, partnering with Supply Chain Managers, Supply Chain Program Managers, and Engineering across Tesla vehicles, energy products, AI, robotics, and other EE-intensive programs. This role will report to our Supply Chain Group Manager and serve as an active supply chain resource for engineering and business teams. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
