Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Truck Driver to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for service technicians and installation crews.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and warehouse organization.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety procedures.
  • Deliver materials, parts, and equipment to customers and company locations as assigned.
  • Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures when required.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of company delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse and/or delivery experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Basic computer and inventory management skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
