Join RDO Equipment Co.'s Emerging Markets team, where you'll support customers working in Landfill, Mining, Solar, and Autonomy-some of the fastestgrowing segments of our business. This team partners closely across the organization to deliver practical, innovative solutions, from helping landfills improve compaction to supporting solar projects and mining operations with precision technology. You'll work alongside experienced teammates who are focused on real results, strong partnerships, and shaping what's next in these evolving industries.

What You Will Do:



  • Coordinate equipment movement: manage equipment entering and leaving the store, including receiving, transfers, shipments, customer deliveries, and returns.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy: complete monthly inventory scans, reconciliations, and system updates to ensure accurate equipment records.
  • Support equipment readiness: inspect equipment for completeness, coordinate pre-delivery inspection workflow, and partner with Service to prepare equipment for rental, sale, demo, or delivery.
  • Manage loaner, rental, and demo equipment: support sourcing, shipping, tracking, return coordination, and communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Support logistics and communication: coordinate trucking, palletizing, freight preparation, and shipment updates for customers, field technicians, Sales, Service, and Field Support teams.

    • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail: ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring inventory, documentation, and transactions are completed accurately.
    • Stay organized and adaptable: ability to coordinate logistics, track equipment movement, and support multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
