Essential Job Duties
The Print Services Associate supports the daily operations of the NC State Continuing and Lifelong Education (NCSCaLE) - McKimmon Conference & Training Center - Print and Mail Services. This role assists with print production, mail services, customer support, equipment operation, inventory management, and general operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team

-Ability to quickly problem solve while maintaining a high level of customer service
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer proficiency
-The ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds is an essential function of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with a variety of operational tasks
-Maintains professional maturity in the workplace by demonstrating respect, adaptability, and appropriate decision-making in a variety of situations.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
-Experience using Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Adobe, PDF)
-Experience operating print, copy, or mail processing equipment
-Ability to independently determine the most appropriate equipment and workflow for print jobs
-Experience prioritizing production schedules and deadlines
-Previous customer service or print production experience preferred
