NextGen Precision Health Initiative Job Description
Position Summary Essential Functions Coordinate planning and implementation activities for the NextGen Pathways program and other strategic Initiative projects. Event Coordination and Logistics Management (25%) Coordinate recurring and special events, including workshops, seminars, symposia, outreach activities, leadership meetings, and other Initiative-sponsored programs. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (20%) Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, students, trainees, university departments, UM System partners, community organizations, and vendors regarding assigned programs and projects. Operational and Administrative Support (15%) Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting materials. Continuous Improvement and Special Projects (10%) Participate in the assessment and evaluation of program effectiveness. Shift
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., occasional nights and weekends Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating large-scale events, programs, or projects involving multiple stakeholders. Anticipated Hiring Range
