If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, the Omni Berkshire Place may be your perfect match. * Greet guests when entering the rooms with a pleasant smile and superior customer service. * Set up according to type of event and service standards. * Take orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on menu selections. * Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests. * Record transction in MICROS system at time of order. * Present accurate check to guest and process payment. * Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. * Clean and set up. * Complete closing duties. * 1+ years of food/beverage service preferred. * Knowledge of food and beverage service. * Good verbal and written skills. * Knowledge of Micros preferred * Ability to work well under pressure. * Good up-selling skills. * Self-motivated, flexible and reliable. * Honest and dependable. * Great customer service and a positive attitude. * Must be TIPS certified Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
