As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Entry Control in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will manage visitor and employee access, monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, document security-related activity, and provide welcoming customer service and clear communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established channels as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with building management, occupants, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access concerns, and unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
