This position is open in the Chicago, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Seattle offices. As an Am Law 50 firm handling sophisticated matters at the local, national, and increasingly global level, this is an exciting opportunity to join a practice and the firm at the leading edge of the market. Our Real Estate practice represents national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management across a wide range of asset classes. Our work focuses on core and emerging assets such as: office, industrial, retail, hospitality, real estate finance, CMBS work outs, development work for mixed use and emerging asset types (including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions), as well as work on large, multi-site portfolios for some of the world's most well-known corporate and technology companies. We routinely work across offices and collaborate with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale.
