  • Proactively identify and seize opportunities for the brand to join relevant conversations in real time.
  • Assist with social publishing and content operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify emerging trends, audience reactions, and engagement opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Surface notable fan conversations, feedback, and user-generated content for broader team awareness.
  • Escalate sensitive or high-priority conversations when appropriate, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with social, content, creative, and marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Help the team maintain responsiveness and agility during periods of increased social activity.

What We're Looking For (Must-Have Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, social engagement, or digital content.
  • Hands-on experience working with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, a prominent video platform, Facebook, X, or similar channels.
  • Strong understanding of social trends, internet culture, and how audiences interact with brands online.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to quickly adapt to an established brand voice.
  • Ability to recognize when a conversation represents an opportunity - or when it needs to be escalated.
  • Comfortable working quickly in a high-volume, highly visible environment.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)

  • Experience with community management on a prominent video platform.
  • Experience supporting fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle, entertainment, or other consumer brands.
  • Experience with social listening, publishing, or community management tools.
  • Experience supporting major launches, events, or cultural moments.
