Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Construction Warehouse Worker / Class B CDL Driver to support daily warehouse operations and deliver construction materials, tools, and equipment to job sites. This position combines warehouse duties, loading and unloading materials, inventory organization, and safe operation of Class B commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Load, secure, transport, and unload construction materials and equipment.
  • Operate Class B CDL vehicles safely and in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Make deliveries and pickups at construction sites, suppliers, and company locations.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, organizing, and storing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged or missing materials.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
  • Load and unload trucks using proper lifting and material-handling procedures.
  • Keep the warehouse, loading areas, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • Assist construction crews with material deliveries and general labor as needed.
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA/DOT requirements.
  • Complete delivery paperwork, inspection reports, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean or acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass required DOT physical and drug/alcohol testing.
  • Previous warehouse, construction, delivery, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience/certification preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy construction materials.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be safety-conscious and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds as required.
  • Stand, walk, bend, climb, and work for extended periods.
  • Safely enter and exit trucks and construction sites.

Work Schedule
Full-time position. Schedule may vary depending on delivery requirements and construction projects. Occasional early mornings, overtime, or weekend work may be required.
