Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and execution of assigned medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule, specifically in the DOE, DoD, and commercial contract environments.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures to guide project execution.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and subcontractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project budgets and expenses, report on financial performance, and forecast project costs.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines or deliverables.
- Ensure projects are compliant with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards as required by government contracts.
- Communicate project status regularly to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders through formal reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage resources across multiple departments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.

Education, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in industries related to DOE, DoD, or government contracting (required).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred), or equivalent experience in project management roles.
- Experience working with project management tools and methodologies, such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and contract compliance in government settings (required).
- Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements.
