Summary Provide strategic and operational leadership for DASH's diverse pediatric clinical research portfolio, spanning Diagnostics, Anesthesiology, Surgical Specialties, and other related clinical specialties. This position leads a multidisciplinary team of clinical research staff and serves as a key operational partner to faculty across the portfolio. The Clinical Research Manager translates faculty research priorities into effective operational plans, aligns people and resources to study needs, and builds the processes and infrastructure necessary to launch, execute, and grow high-quality clinical research across a complex and varied portfolio. Qualifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Required Experience: 6 years Required Certification/Licensure(s): CCRC or CCRP required. CITI training required within 90 days of hire. Physical Requirements Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
