Overview
This role sits at the intersection of law, operations, and real human impact. As a people leader on the Analytics and Operations (A&O) Team within Microsoft's Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), you will build and guide the team that powers the operations behind Employment and Immigration Law (E+I Law), partnering with attorneys, paralegals, and immigration specialists across U.S. Immigration, U.S. Employment Law, Global Employment, and Employment Policy and Compliance to support Microsoft's global workforce. You will set operational strategy, develop and grow a high-performing team of program and operations professionals, and lead the initiatives that support thousands of employees and their families around the world. Business Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
